QUATIN^® (INCI: hydroxypropyltrimonium inulin) is a new cationic biopolymer that forms a rich and dense foam, while it moisturizes the body intensively. It also checks all the environmental boxes and allows you to shift away from traditional polyquaternium polymers without compromising performance.
